What Information Rebit collects

Rebit collects certain information provided by you when you contact us, visit our Websites or use our products and services, including but not limited to information that would permit someone to identify or contact you, including name, address, phone number, email.  If you purchase anything from our Website,  we or our third party processors may collect your payment information, including credit card number as well as shipping and billing addresses and other contact information.   If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe, PayPal, or our other third party payment processing partners store your credit card data. Our policy is that credit card information is encrypted consistent with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). If you send us your name, address, phone number, email, or resume, we will collect that information and may use it to contact you in the future   If you respond to a blog post or otherwise post content on our Website, we will collect that content.  Note that if you post any information publicly on our Websites, others may view and copy such information – you should be careful when posting any information on our Websites.

Rebit uses “cookies” to collect and store information that your browser makes available when you visit our Websites. Additionally, when visitors request pages from our Websites, Rebit’s servers log the visitor’s Internet Protocol address, Media Access Control address, and Machine ID. This information is transmitted to and stored on Rebit’s servers in the United States with your Account Information. Your Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, and the date and time of your query, enables us to better understand and improve the usability, performance and effectiveness of our websites for purposes of system administration, to determine a visitor’s internet service provider’s regional geographic location, to track the use of our websites, and to identify a visitor when Rebit feels it is necessary to enforce compliance with our policies or protect the products and services, our Websites, and our customers. We use Google Analytics on our Website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect de-identified traffic data to help use analyze how users use the Website. The information generated by a cookie about your use of the Website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Website, compiling reports on site activity for us and providing other services relating to site activity and internet usage. How Rebit Uses and Discloses Information

Do Not Track

Rebit belongs to ad networks that may use Your browsing history across participating websites to show You interest-based advertisements on those websites. Currently, our services and Websites do not recognize if Your browser sends a “do not track” signal or similar mechanism to indicate You do not wish to be tracked or receive interest-based ads.
