You can unassign licenses assigned to users in your organization. Once the license is unassigned, the data backed up by the user will be deleted post 60 days grace period.
Follow the steps below to unassign the license.
Step 1. Sign in to Sentinel Portal and go to Organization from the left side panel.
Step 2. Click on the user whose license needs to be removed.
Step 3. Click on the Licenses tab in the user details frame.
Step 4. Select Unassign License radio button and click on the Save changes button.
Step 5. Once the license is unassigned, you will see a message on your screen confirming the same. Click on the Close button to close the frame.
The data backed up by the user whose license was unassigned will be deleted post 60 days grace period.
