You can block users from your organization from signing in to their accounts. If you feel a user’s ID or password has been compromised, temporarily blocking them can be helpful.
You can only block sign-in for the users with licenses. If you create any users without license, their sign-in cannot be blocked
Block User from Signing In
Step 1. Log in to your Sentinel Dashboard and go to Organization on the left panel.
Step 2. Click on the 3 dots next to the username you wish to block sign in for. Select Block sign-in from the menu.
Alternatively, you can select the checkbox next to the user and click on Block sign-in button at the top.
Step 3. Check the checkbox next to Block this user from signing in.
Step 4. Click on Block sign-in button.
You will be notified of the corresponding user being blocked from signing in as shown.
Once the security concerns are resolved, you can unblock the user.
Unblock the User from Signing In
Step 1. To unblock the user, go to Sentinel Dashboard → Organization.
Step 2. Click on the 3-dots next to the user you wish to unblock sign-in for and click on Unblock sign-in. Alternatively, you can select the user and click on Unblock sign-in button at top.
Step 3. When Unblock this user frame opens up, check the checkbox next to Unblock this user from signing in.
Step 4. Click on Unblock sign-in button for confirmation.
You will be notified of the corresponding user being unblocked from signing in as shown.
